A, i depending on how reasonable your scenario is about climate change. I think it's a thing we can argue. But the reason i bring it up is that just because i agree with the diagnosis, doesn't mean the diagnoses should have cart blanche and be given full remedy. The idea that you should let them overrule or not even take into account sort advice from economists about what makes sense and what doesn't.
