I think for many years, particularly like with the baby boomers coming out of, you know, who were born out of World War II, they were sort of born into this world where the United States needed people for jobs. But that myth is over. The tide has come in. People will fire you at a moment's notice and they will exploit you all along the way and they won't pay you as much as you deserve. And what you deserve, you will then get taxed on. So I call this now the choose yourself era where you have to kind of figure out what you want to do, then figure out how to make money from it.
