Is There Track Record Enough to Hire Someone With 20 Years Experience?
There's like an increased opportunity cost associated with time applying as you grow in your career. I think there's a tremendous amount of value in what people can do, rather than what they've done in the past. There has to be alternativesn if someone has a long, 20 yeartrack cord doe, do we really need to evaluate their technical skill as much? John wright: Why wouldn't i go to a place where i felt like theyre wasting my time with a skills assessment when i have other opportunities lined out?
