Is There a Relationship Principle in the Universe?
There is a vastly increased level of consciousness throughout earth than we might have otherwise imagined or appreciated. I can see no reason in principle to suppose, though, that the relationship facilitating conditions on th wouldn't be reprocated anywhere else. But i can give you no reason to suppose that they would.
