The Unusual Word to Be Borked
The process of confirming justices for our nation's highest court has been transformed in a way that should not and indeed must not be permitted to occur again. So this hearing gives rise to an unusual word, a verb. What is it? To Bork? B-O-R-K, Bork. Has this been a kind of warning to every nominee since Robert Bork about what not to do in this situation? Every nominee, Republican or Democrat, has been evasive. Means you're not going to tell us. I would prefer to await the particular case. The odds for the case. They don't answer.
