Is This a Natural Disaster?

In 2004, Hurricane Ivan was headed straight for the Florida Keys. Charlie and Terry Jones were evacuated from their home in the Keys. They decided to stay at a relative's house who had an apartment nearby. But when police went to search that place, they found it boarded up with glass French doors. This is not one of those natural disaster stories; this is a story of a serial killer.
