Is the Forest Conservation Act a Game Change?

The forestsits act was a reaction to the evictions of so called encroacers that were figured by a particular supreme court decision and its misinterpretation by the forest bureaucracy. Communities have had customary rights over their forests, and itis the colonial government that took them away and nationalized the forest in some sense. But now we are in the space where weare transition an india as a country, is transitioning wherein it's adopting force rights act. And it's going beyond just seeing forst welling communities as helpers in forest madent processes, but then as right holders.
