You have to get a professional to see whether they're malingering or not. It's ethically, you'd be very challenged if you were encouraging somebody to fame that because there really is no point to it. So now he's just going to ride it out for whatever time he has left in a mental institution. Yeah. He's sort of making the Harvey Weinstein defense, which is he got to do this as much as he wanted to do it. Why would he need to rape somebody when he essentially was getting paid to have sex with young women? Seems like it might have been his thing.
