The Importance of Narrating a Hadith

If somebody believes that leaving the Salah is not Khurf al-Aqbar, can they rebel against the ruler who leaves it because of this Hadith? If you say yes, then you have conceded it as permissive which will rebel against the Muslim ruler. So you have to really take narrations altogether. You can't just take one narration or take one snippet out of a video and say, this is what was said, and this narration just said, leave the Salah. Does that make sense? Yeah, 100%. Okay.
