Why I'm Scared of Negative Feedback

I am so scared of negative feedback because it's proof that everybody hates me. So everyone in my life actively has to tell me they don't hate me or else I'll slowly start to believe that they do hate me. And truly this fear of mine has prevented me from acting in the past in a lot of ways. It's prevented me from growing my career and doing the work that I know I need to do.
