Andy U: Tell people the truth, that it's hard. You have to let people know the realities of what they're dealing with. A lot of people won't tell their insecurities or their vulnerabilities because they're afraid it's going to make them weaker. And if you give other people strength, thy're strent, I mean, just makes sense. It's being authentic. It's telling the truth.
