Amelaso, Cimesin Makes Cheese, So Godon.
Ajone's first favourite enzyme is cimesin, which makes cheese. His second favorite enzyne would have to be a luciferas - the enzine that makes light emitting reactions in bio luminescence. Amelas allows us to break down starch from plant tubers eating chips. The theory that amelas in our saliva is why we have big brains is just a hypothesis.
