Is It a Good Faith Negotiation Process or a Wall Congress Off From Access to Information?
Presidential administrations make a mistake when they take this absolutist stand that congress simply cannot have access to information. Theyre making an untenable argument to begin with. The administration, in the case of these circumstances, would do much better to engage in a negotiation process with congress over access to information and reach some kind of reasonable compromise.
