The Double Dip Recession Will Be Right Back

The latest GDP number 2.4% at an annual rate suggests that the long awaited long heralded recession is not here. But we did have two straight quarters of declining GDP in the first half of last year. The question is, is there a double dip and there's nobody better than Robert Heller to answer it.
