A common perception from outsiders is that they look at all the drugs that are advertised on TV and think, boy, these pharmacies must be making a lot of money filling prescriptions for these things. But pharmacists lose 50, 60, 70, 80 dollars sometimes when they fill some of these brand name prescriptions. And so that's where dollars are left on the table.
