The notion that people give bundles of money to one party or the other without expecting anything in return is kind of insane. How else could it go? You know, if you're making a decision on whether to regulate Bitcoin or cryptocurrency and then somebody drops off a pile of money, how many steps before we get to bribery? I mean, it's a bizarre policy. People don't like the lobbyists. They don't want big oil giving lots of money to Republican senators. They don’t want other groups on the other side of the aisle.
