"I learned so much, you know, and it became just this great place for me that I didn't even want to leave," he says. "It totally hit me and I was like, wait a minute, I will have to make the most of this because my parents are really making a big sacrifice for me." He recalls how his parents threatened him after Hurricane Andrew wiped out their home in Miami.
