The Role of Immigrant Doctors in Access to Primary Health Care
Australian doctors would spend a large proportion of their medical career on arrival. After finally being able to get registered to practice often in country areas and second to that often in migrant dominant suburbs. Australian trained doctors had the luxury of rejecting them as kind of places they would want to set up practice. That's actually the basis upon which access to primary health care for example in Australia is predicated on right the ability to import migrant medical labour to fill gaps where Australian doctors won't.
