The REACH Revision Proposal and the Definition of the Essential Use Concept

The long-awaited REACH revision proposal, but also the definition of the essential use concept has been pushed back to 2023. This final delay has concerned a lot of stakeholders, mostly NGOs, but many others. And that's because it risks deferring consideration of the revision itself to the next parliament in 2024. So it's quite an issue for some.
