David Bianculli spoke with the New York Governor Kathy Hopel. She said it's tax credits that they don't give until the jobs are filled. This is not going to fix our chip problem right now anytime soon. It's a long-term play and a big play. At the same time it is the largest fab facility in the United States. And it's the largest private investment ever in the state of New York.
