Grant agencies are one wayare one place where this gets manifested, right? The grants are peer reviewed. Peer review as a system to set the and what ends up happening is sometimes some pur reviewers have a very high bar,. som of a very low bar, you can imagine. And so we can see that it's actually not a problem for scientists right now to do this. So one thing we can do is nothing and just let the system working way it is. It may not be maximilla efficient, yet it lorks.
