NASA's Shift in Position on UFOs

NASA has been asked to reopen its UFO files but they don't seem to have any new data. They're willing to look at people's stories which is exactly the opposite of what they were saying in 1978. The ideal UFO sighting where you could do some scientific work on it would be where you've got two, three, maybe four separate observers all seeing something in the sky. At the same time, all able to sort of use electronic sensors to triangulate that phenomena. So if there is this still, these things flying around that can't be identified, they will be being detected by the air defenses of the west. I mean, they must have this data if it exists.
