Colorado's Proposition 114 Mandates the Reintroduction of Wolves to the State
Of the eight million terrestrial species that are known to science, one million of those are on the brink of extinction or near extinction. Colorado is essentially the missing piece in wolf population connectivity from Mexico to Alaska. Proposition 114 requires the reintroduction of wolves to Colorado by December 23. That draft, Wolf Restoration and Management Plan came out on December 9th; it is now in the hands of the CPW Commission.
