Is the Metaverse a Bubble?

The metiverse, theoretically, is a place where you would have much fewer constraints on what you could do. It's going to take a while for us to have the technology to support that kind of thing. And i agree with folks like mark stap who is a professor at arizona state university,. He says if it continues the way it's going, it is most likely going to be a bubble. I'm determined to be a techno hermit.
