NATO's War on Ukraine

The US is looking to secure supplies of TNT in Japan for Ukraine's artillery. Riot's broke out in Senegal's capital Dakar after opposition leader Usman Sanko was sentenced to two years in jail. NATO promised Ukraine back in 2008 that they could one day join the alliance. Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg says that accession can't happen while a war is ongoing.
