The Future of Intelligence

Gene editing technique CRISPR appears to have been used on humans illegally by a doctor in China in 2018. All countries have said this is illegal for human use but it's just a matter of time probably before more examples hit the news. The thing that interests me today is whether we could leverage these advances in genetic engineering to someday allow us to boost human intelligence.
