How to Be an Angel Investor

Most angel money is wasted and there's this new myth and everybody wants to be Superman or at least super angels. Start with technical people who have had a little exit made a bit of money and have something to add because more than anything they will understand you your business what you're going to go through. McKinsey is probably the best strategy consulting company out there but it's still filled with a lot of people who know nothing. I've done six VC investments in three years, nine angel deals in the last eight months. It doesn't come down to angels versus VCs it comes down to people.
