Is There a Risk of a Slowdown in the Housing Market?
The demand has gotten even stronger, which is really the challenge for the Fed. 23 public builders have told you they're going to start less homes next year. So I don't think we see anything like last time unless the Fed induces some massive recession or something I don't see coming.
