The Art of Stretching the Nerves

The real answer is you want to desensitize things. I'm doing just enough that the brain gets the brain's attention, but not so much that it upsets my brain. The nerves don't really like to be stretched. So we're trying to get mobility in those tissues that need some enhanced mobility and freedom of movement,. But not do those things that increase neural irritability.
