I always wonder what the delta is between private and public. What's top of mind for you every morning? My people and my firm. If I look back and we've grown in eight short years from zero capital to now over 60 billion, there's no question that the difference maker was the talent and the capabilities of our people. So as much as the markets move around and change at the end of the day, the one thing you can't replace is the talent. And once you're known as a place where people want to work, for example, our firm is over 50% women and minorities. It's all about looking to inspire and develop those people and motivate those people.
