Blake: I guess in terms of what we like to know if you're ever calling for an epidural on the ward is a very succinct but nice past medical and antenatal history. Really important that the patient has either had or is ready to have a cannular inserted because we often like to preload them full of fluids so it's really great if they've already got a cannular room before we go and see them. Finally it's really important in terms of as we said any of the potential coagulation problems.
