The Role of Psychology in Spirituality
Psychology and spirituality are parallel, says Duke of York. They overlap in terms of how we as individuals can learn to undo or live with our conditioning that gets in the way. And a lot of that comes from habits, but past experiences sets us off,. shapes us in a certain way. So i think psychology, that side of psychology, can be useful in terms of allowing us to not get so caught up in the things that trigger us.
