Do You Have a Good UPDS?

When his wife was doing her PhD, she's occupational therapist and she did PhD on patients. She had always the UPDS mean standard deviation and range. Well, if you look at the range, there must be a patient who has 100 posts of what 80 posts. So a group of patients, some of them have got worse. And worse, yeah. But this is from a good center in America. So what? I mean, and then you start to read the literature and to scrutinize what is published. And you see very good papers, you see very honest papers and you see a lot of rubbish and a lot of ignorance and a lots of bias.
