Napoleon and the French Revolution

The Islamic world has really to wake up to what is going on in Europe. The crusaders did not bring a worldview to the Muslim world that was in complete contra distinction to where Muslims were because they were Christians. Napoleon and the French Revolution brought something that was a shock to the Muslim mind. That's one of the reasons why we find it so hard to reconcile.
