80% of people eligible for a vaccine in canada have had both shots now. Even with this many people vaccinated, hospitals in many places are in crisis. Life saving surgeries are being delayed. Hospitals are the targets of protest one doctor we spoke to had his life threatened. Doctors in alberta could soon have to decide who lives and who dies through triage.
