Chevron v. Raimondo
The court just granted question two of that suit. Loper Bright Enterprises versus Raimondo. This is an interesting, interesting case, one that I had been kind of looking at for some time as a potential Chevron vehicle. But by golly, they took it head on. They have taken it head on and are now squarely addressing the constitutionality of Chevron in 2023.
