I remember waking up one morning, it was like 3 a.m. And I had to set up in bed and it was like these have to go. So from that point with my naturopath, I remember walking out and I just sat in the car and cried. But no one really knew at this point either. They had seen my health kind of deteriorate. My family knew that I wasn't right. Like they could see me so lit deteriorating and getting tired... but on the inside, no one really known what that felt like as well. It's such a cluster of symptoms that could just become down to lifestyle or stress, really.
