The Power of Critical Thinking
I think there's so many things that play into it, like hard work scratching your own itch, timing, opportunity, all the market stuff. My parents were, what are you going to philosophize about? Being unemployed? It gave me a tool set for sharing those ideas more than anything. I still consider myself an armchair philosopher. More than anything though, I use those critical thinking and critical talking. The ability to talk about art, the philosophy of art, which is was my focus,. "It's a great tool to have in the toolbox for explaining that subjectivity"
