The Early Life of Paul

Paul was born in tarsus, right up in asia, minor, really important city. He's raised by parent who were jews, and who appear to be roman citizens which was highly prized in the ancient world. It would be unusual for a jewish male in the first century to not be married. But paul always gives the impression that he follows the cultural norms of the day. We have no idea what happened to his wife, if he had children, right? Is possible they died in some epidemic. And soi it's hard to know exactly what to do with the early life of p Paul.
