The Options for Surgery for Hip Dysplasia

In Denmark we consider the period acetabular osteotomy as the treatment of choice when patients are treated surgically. In some countries the patients are offered hip arthroscopy and that's often if they're signed of damaged labrum. And in other countries that surgical treatment of choice would be a total hip replacement. So there's no consensus I would say worldwide of the surgical treatment but at most centers where they offer surgical treatment then they would offer the period acetABular osteotomy.
