The Proselytizing Gospel of Matthew
Matthew is often thought that Matthew is simply a Jewish Christian gospel, right? That is Jews who follow Jesus like Matthew. It's actually proselytizing, converting people to follow the law, right? And also what you find repeatedly in Matthew is that the sons of the kingdom, that is the Jews, the natural heirs, are cast out into outer darkness where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth. This is a recurring Matthew way of speaking.
