Khomeini's Concept of Clerical Rule
The notion of the guardianship of the Islamic jurist isn't an entirely new one. It's not actually not new in Shia jurisprudence, but had a very limited parameters. Khomeini obviously has a series where he's an excell in Najaf in southern Iraq. He gives a series of lectures on the sort of the guardianships of the Islamic Juris.
