Interverts Need Social Interaction

i almost need that that interaction ind that time, like running my gas gage low correct so that i and like, recharge correctly. Even though interverts are typically wired to, they want that alone time and don't get energized by being in their community. We're all human beings, yeh. Human beings need social action. There's just no way around it. That's how we've evolved because it increased our chances of survival. So great we don't live in the tribal world we evolved in but that doesn't make so lisation in in human connection any any less important at least. It's absolutely essential.
