Trump's Secret Information in the Espionage Act

CNN's John Berman says a key part of the indictment against Donald Trump is that it alleges he showed someone classified national defense information. But there are two problems with this, and they both have to do with security clearances. At no point in paragraph 34 does the indictment indicate these people actually saw the document or received any information at all.
