Do You Think the Supreme Court's Confirmation Process Is a Radicalization of Justices?

I'm most curious how well do you think the opposing council did in presenting the case that this would destroy precedent? Because if this is going to stand, that's what's going to get justice cavanalh and other conservative judges toside the institutionalist argument. You know, one i thought the lawyers did a fantastic job this was not situation where the lawyers didn't come and deliver it from a, from riflmen to the solicitor general. And so something to watch as the evolution of the court.
