Field Engineers Boot Camp

Soer: We have to get field engineers back in this industry because it makes for better superintendence. In the boot camp, we teach them a couple of things that you can't just go radio state ankhor bolls and do all kinds of fun stuff there. If you do find an anchor bolt that's wrong, i lett let the steel guy know before fabricating the columns. I've moved anchors on a base plate, and it costs next to nothing to go in there and adjust. But it costs a whole lot more for an iron worker to sit there with a torch and start cutting and slotting and having the crane tied up. It its a nightmare. And e
