What Is Scalability?

Today we're talking about this scalability. Scalability is the term used to describe systems ability to cope with increased load. It can be tempting to say that something scales or doesn't scale, but referring to a system as scalable really means how good your options are. So it's kind of nice to actually have something you can measure.
