The COT is showing that people are excessively long energy, in particular, as it turns out in heating oil. To me, it means that the risk reward of being long energy is horrible here. But so it kind of coincides most of the time anyway. So you're not actually going and fading the guys on CNBC. You're just saying that on the whole, that kind of corresponds to the what you're going to see in terms of markets.
