Do You Know How to Write a Job Description?

If a job description calls for whets, say, tense flow, then i want to make sure that thoyse show up in my project description somewhere. And or if it goes in front of a recruiter, it makes it real easy for them, you know, kind of go, oh, i can see that this person like, even if it's words that aren't technical skills, but it's kind of wording things in a similar way. Would you agree with that? Cause on the one hand, you're saying you don't write it for a person, and there's the thought that someone mhat should maybe itwas, you matchas thang.
