Is There a Due Diligence Check List?
When you look at a business, is there like a check list that you have, or something you go through to determine whether it's worth doing more work on? Do diligence basically just means, am i buying a terrible business? Or is this actually a business that i think i fully understand when i'm buying? You make sure you run through the task lists, just like you would if you were buying a house. There's a ton of them all over the internet. Every p e firm out there has a due diligence check list too, for every single industry that they go into.
